This isn’t just a job. It’s an invitation to be part of something bigger.
At the heart of every thriving child is a safe, emotionally attuned environment—one where they feel seen, heard, and supported. These spaces don’t happen by accident. They’re shaped by the adults around them: educators, families, and caregivers who show up with compassion, presence, and a willingness to grow.
The CALM Team believes deeply in the power of social-emotional learning and co-regulation to create lasting change—not just for individual children, but across communities and systems. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we're hiring a CALM Facilitator to help us expand our impact.

Who You Are
You are passionate about early learning, child development, and children's social-emotional well-being. You create safe, nurturing spaces for children and caregivers, recognizing early childhood as crucial for development. You are experienced in facilitating workshops to empower educators and parents with tools and innovative strategies, making complex concepts accessible and inspiring new ideas. You thrive in collaborative environments, working with educators, parents, and community members to ensure positive and sustainable change.

The Role
As a CALM Facilitator, you'll support social-emotional learning in early years environments by helping educators and families build stronger relationships with children. You'll co-facilitate trainings, guide conversations, provide evidence-informed research, and model a calm, attuned presence, fostering environments where both children and adults can thrive.
Why Join Us?
We're not just about programs. We’re about people. We’re a growing movement grounded in compassion, connection, and courage. We believe change is possible, and we believe it starts with us.
Ready to Make an Impact?
If you’re feeling a spark reading this — follow it. We’re looking for someone who brings both heart and skill to this important work.
