Last month, the CALM team visited our first community in Northern BC, Prince George! It was an incredible experience and a privilege to be invited by the Child Development Centre of Prince George and the Prince George Native Friendship Center to facilitate 2-days of training for the CALM Early Years Curriculum.
Over 80 early childhood educators, early care and learning professionals, and school district staff participated. The engagement, conversation and fun through CALM's self-awareness activities was fantastic and so memorable! Their Golden Nuggets from the training included:
